🇬🇧 Rice is the heart of China. Unlike the rice we usually find in our supermarkets (which often comes from Thailand, Cambodia, or India for export), Chinese rice is primarily grown to feed its own people. It's a precious resource that stays within the country. During our previous journey, we were fascinated by this deep connection to the land. Contrairement au riz que nous trouvons habituellement dans nos supermarchés (qui vient souvent de Thaïlande, du Cambodge ou d'Inde pour l'exportation), le riz chinois est avant tout cultivé pour nourrir sa propre population.
